Tuesday, November 17, 2015, was a most historic day for The Club at Ibis - a day that saw the inauguration and official opening of our fabulous new Clubhouse - a moment immortalized with the ribbon cutting by West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio and attended by our guest of honor, Jack Nicklaus, among other esteemed guests. Thank you to all of our members who joined us for this special and historic occasion.
This day was made all the more special with the unveiling of a piece of Ibis history - a historic original oil painting of Hole #8 on the Legend Course by internationally-renowned Scottish golf landscape artist Graeme Baxter. The original painting was unveiled during our opening ceremony, and Jack Nicklaus was kind enough to sign all 25 limited editions of the painting, which are available exclusively to our members on a first-come, first-served basis, and only a few remain. Jack was also presented with artwork by Graeme Baxter featuring Hole #8 at Pebble Beach, Jack’s favorite hole! It was truly an incredible, unforgettable day in Ibis history.
